AP / SAT / PSATExamination Center

Registration for the regular window opens on September 15, 2026 and closes on October 30, 2026, 12:00 PM IST. To reserve a seat you must complete all of the following within the window:

• Register for every intended AP exam on the College Board's My AP portal, using the MDIS join code for each subject
• Pay the exam fee directly to the MDIS test center
• Email proof of payment to the AP Coordinator apcoordinator@mdis.net

Payment is made by bank transfer directly to the test center. The full beneficiary and account details are set out in the AP Registration Policy 2027. AP Registration Policy 2027.

Once payment is made, email a screenshot of the transaction to the AP Coordinator so your payment can be matched to your registration. apcoordinator@mdis.net

You will need the MDIS join code for each subject to complete your online registration. Select the code matching the exam you intend to take.

• AP-authorized test centers in India accept only an original, valid passport as ID for entry to the AP Exam administration

• The passport must bear a recent, recognizable photograph that clearly matches your appearance on test day and the photo submitted at registration

• No other ID will be accepted — including Aadhaar, in any form

• PAN card
• Driver's license
• Voter ID
• School or college ID card
• e-Aadhaar or mAadhaar
• Aadhaar printed from a download
• Laminated or shop-printed Aadhaar
• Photocopies of any document
• Photographs or screenshots of an ID
• Expired passport
• Any ID shown on a phone or laptop
• Birth certificate

The 2027 AP Exams are administered as digital and hybrid-digital exams on the College Board's Bluebook application.

• You must bring your own approved testing device to the center on exam day, or you will not be able to test
• Download Bluebook onto that device before exam day
• Practice exams are available within Bluebook — use them

• You may take any or all of the four physics exams in the same year
• You cannot retake an exam in the same year, although you may retake it in a subsequent year
• You cannot take both Calculus AB and Calculus BC in the same year
• You cannot take two exams scheduled at the same date and time — choose which to take first, and take the other in the next testing window

• Cancel in writing on or before March 9, 2027, 11:59 PM — Rs. 11,000 per exam is refunded
• Cancellations after March 9, 2027 — no refund
• No-shows on exam day — no refund

Students in any of the following categories may take AP Exams at the school where they are enrolled, or at another AP-authorized school or test center:

• Students actively enrolled in secondary school
• Secondary school-level students who are homeschooled, in independent study, or attending a virtual school
• Actively enrolled students prepared to take an AP Exam before the ninth grade
• Recent secondary school graduates who need a specific AP Exam for university admission

The test center issues an admission ticket once your exams have been ordered. Tickets will be provided no later than April 15, 2027, and the ticket is your confirmation that a seat has been reserved.
