UPDATE: Due to a large surge of late enrollments and a run over of time used for renovations a decision has been made to defer the first day of school until Friday 5th August. This will also allow parents to make school fee payments and other administrative tasks that are required for their children to have a smooth transition into the new school year. If you are looking for carpooling options please see transport.
Please note that we have moved from Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) to Nizamuddin East in New Delhi. We are based on the first and second floors of the YMCA New Delhi on Rahim Khan Marg (2 minutes from the train station). The school opens now on Friday August 5th for classes and we are still taking new enrollments daily. Please contact us for any information or queries you have.

I am pleased to announce the revamp of our Financial Aid programme, (now called The Paul Gillette Fund), that was originally established by the founders of the school. The aim is to financially assist those with genuine need and a desire for a western education with a solid biblical foundation (in a K-12 American curriculum based context). The scholarship can range from 40-70% of your child’s full tuition fees. However, the school’s funds are not bottomless and with limited resources the procedure has had to become more financially rigorousness and now demands a fuller declaration of your financial means (it is ‘means tested’). At MDIS we aim to help those with genuine need – on an annual basis.
Financial aid applications are open to ALL, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion or gender. It is based on ‘need’ not entitlement. The Paul Gillette Fund has limited resources available per financial year. It is offered to parents based on a (a) review of financial statements , tax returns and bank account disclosures, (b) the current ability of the school to provide aid, (c) the extent of the applicants need and (d) if granted, aid is made available for one year at a time. Note: there is no guarantee of securing financial aid. The due date for Financial Aid is the 20th of April each year. Email apply@mdis.net for your application pack if you have not received yours already.

At our recent assembly several young American men came and visited our campus and performed a street skating demonstration.. From sliding chairs, jumping 5 decks, one foot air jumps and general all-round fun our entire school watched with awe as they strutted their stuff. They are on a charity-based visit from American and visiting a number of schools and sharing their faith and life stories. Thank you Uncle Steve and Uncle Christiaan for bringing them down to us!
After a brilliant day at the YMCA Sports ground, a hard won battle between the three houses; Kingfishers, Kites and Parakeets, was won by the former team. It was a day of community enjoyment, team and individual pursuits. Well done to all competitors and also to those with ribbons. Sports-person of the day was awarded to Taemin Cho (Grade 7).
After months of singing practices, choreography, stage and costume creation Stable Manners was presented to a excited and supportive audience on Friday. Grades 1-8 should feel very proud about their accomplishment under our talented Music director, Mrs. M Jung. There is a secure login on VIMEO player for those wanting to see a video recording of the show, please email admin@mdis.net along with your student name and ID number.
